How do you do this?

I use a graphing program on my linux computer called GeoGebra. It's made in java, so it can run on any computer that has a JVM. This graphing program has advanced features that allow me to create these pictures:
Show Trace
Show Trace leaves shadows behind as an object moves on the plane, in my case, the points and lines leave behind circles or lines respectively.
Dynamic Color
Dynamic Color changes an object's color based on some expression. The color is separated into red, green, and blue, and the range is from 0 (no color) 1 (full intensity), and repeats (2 is no color, 3 is full color, etc...)
